Efficient communication. Thorough service on air conditioning unit. Identified one advisory to be made aware of and clear explanation of it. Engineer very pleasant, knowledgeable and was helpful in explaining in more simple terms. Highly recommend.

Olive Air were brilliant from the exceptional Joanna from their Admin dept, she kept me informed at every stage and even answered my queries on her day off! The engineers at this company are professional and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a first class service with reasonable rates don’t bother to go anywhere else, call Olive Air.

Delighted with the service provided. I like that you get a statement of works to be carried out and the potential cost of each remedial action if required. Seems strange to say but they actually checked all the equipment and took appropriate action (previous service companies just turned up, dated the service log and tried to sell very expensive works....about 5 times the cost of the work done here). They resolved an issue that was affecting the compressor. Cost was as expected and around the estimate given. Will be using again. Wife was a little miffed about dirty shoes.

Extremely pleased with the service carried out by the Olive Air Engineer on our 3 year old heat pump system Previously I had been sceptical of the need of having an annual service on an ASHP but having witnessed the detail and scope of the service carried out by Olive Air I have been convinced of it's value and shall be using them again next year. Good comms from office, requested pictures to provide estimate, offered several appointment dates, arrived on time in clean and smart looking sign written van. Courteous, polite and professional. Was able to fix problem in an hour + call out fee which was advised in advance, I was told a full drain down would be required by another engineer but Olive Air were able to fix without the need for this or the expense. System now working correctly and holding pressure.
