  Front Porch

  From our first meeting with John, to discuss the building of our front porch, we were really impressed by his project management skills and his attention to detail. We were able to reach out to him, at any time and he was always good at providing us with suggestions, to enhance the look of our design. The expertise of his team was obvious and not a day went by without someone carrying out their job. The whole project was completed within 5 weeks and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. We highly recommend John and Old Town Building Services and would definitely use them again.

  removal of old fire place

  I recently had my fireplace removed and the area plastered over, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, the builder was fantastic — he provided a free quote on the Tuesday and was able to fit me in just a few days later. His communication throughout was excellent. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, and kept me updated every step of the way. The work itself was completed efficiently and to a high standard. The finish is smooth and tidy, exactly what I was hoping for. Reliable, professional, and easy to deal with — I would definitely recommend him

  Extension to the side of the house

  After MONTHS of trying to get someone to give us a quote on our extension, John came round and looked at the house and within a week gave us a breakdown of what everything costs. My husband and I couldn’t believe how quick he came back to us considering how many people left us in the lurch. John was super friendly and explained everything thoroughly

  removed a load bearing wall

  John and his team done a great job removing a load bearing at my property and I couldn't be happier. Went the extra mile, from start to finish the communication was clear, the work carried out was to a high standard. The team was professional, tidy and respectful throughout. it's clear he takes pride in his work and knows the bussiness, just what you need for peace of mind with such a major job. wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
