Oldham Roofing conducted a significant repair on a roof of mine last June. During the winter of 2024/2025 the roof continued to leak and the Company reluctantly returned. I was informed the roof was repaired and water tight in January 2025 and was even invoiced a small amount for materials, which was promptly paid. The roof is still leaking and have just received a new quote from another roofing Company to repair Oldham Roofings' work. I was shown a video which also shows the roof left in a dangerous condition. I am now having to go through a complaints and claims procedure.
Response from Oldham Roofing Company
The customer received repair services in June of last year and expressed satisfaction until subsequent storm damage caused roof leaks. He contacted me requesting a complimentary re-inspection. While I conducted a follow-up inspection, the necessary repairs fell outside the scope of our original warranty. Prior to the initial service, The customer was advised of the roof's deteriorated condition and the recommendation for full replacement, which he declined, opting only for repairs. His recent communication appears intended to inflict reputational harm.
