Working with Okaeri Bathrooms has been a friendly and professional experience. I've not worked with them before and was a worried about whether my refit would go to plan or not. As it turn out the quality of work and customer experience can only be classed as exceptional. Gareth (owner at Okaeri) is a great guy and did what he promised - right from beginning to end of my bathroom refit. He is professional, honest and trustworthy – important factors that I look for with any tradesmen. I would definitely recommend Gareth and his team. They truly put customer service first!
