Ollie was able to attend my elderly parents house at short notice, when they lost all the power in their home - he methodically worked room by room to seek the source of the problem. Great communication throughout, and very friendly. He used his extension lead to run power to the fridge and freezer, and generally took care to make sure they were ok. He shuffled his work around to attend first thing the following day as they were elderly and without the boiler yet. He navigated their complicated set up with expertise and professionalism. Fair pricing. Would definitely use again.
