After storm damage caused several roof tiles to come loose, we had ongoing leaks into our loft conversion. The roofer was excellent from start to finish — arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and carried out the repairs efficiently. They replaced and refitted the missing tiles with care and ensured everything was sealed properly. The communication throughout was clear and professional, and the area was left clean and tidy. We’ve had no leaks since, even during heavy rain. Really pleased with the quality of work and would highly recommend.

Callum arrived when he said he would, kept in contact throughout. I initially thought it was only a missing verge, however, upon inspection Callum advised tiles were also missing. Callum came back the next day, replaced the missing tiles and also cleaned our gutters. Great communication and a great job! I would recommend
