Ollie is not only a lovely guy, he is an extremely competent, hard working and professional tradesman. He advised upon and fully installed a large ducted a/c system and the service end to end has been fantastic. He always puts his customers first, is a pleasure to deal with and is extremely competitive on price. Mr Gunsman is an outstanding air-conditioning engineer. He is extremely knowledgeable and yet very pleasant and flexible to employ. He has managed to solve several difficult problems for us which left other engineers at a loss. Ollie fitted a dual condensor ducted system in my home. Over the three day install he was very considerate for noise and mess and explained every step of the install in a way I understood.
