    I’ve had four company’s in to find the source of the damp all had different ideas Simon found the source of the problem with in 10 minutes my ventilation at the front was blocked I hired Simon to do the job in. My front bay and front room the work was done to a 100% satisfaction every thing left clean and tidy have no hesitation hiring this company again

    water inflow into boiler investigation

    An issue I thought to be boiler related was quickly diagnosed as a issue with the wooden fascia under my guttering. The trades man clearly showed me where the real issue was and explained how it could be rectified. Great communication throught, happy with results.

    Great experience, would certainly use again

    O'Driscoll & Sons recently completed some work for me and I'm very happy with the quality of service. The external render around my front door was totally saturated and falling away due to a leak from above. This was in turn causing a buildup of damp on the interior wall. Simon was very quick to organise a visit and was then able to organise for the work to start the next day, so I was very happy with the quick turnaround. Everyone was very friendly and good at explaining what needed to be done. The work was completed over the course of two days to a professional standard.

    Anthony was so nice and helpful.

    Anthony was sent by Landlord to review mould in my room. He was very kind and helpful, was honest with the state of my room and offered additional assistance/help. Unfortunately my Landlord didn’t move forward with this but Anthony continued to offer further help if needed and went above and beyond to give me advice moving forward.
