    Tony O’Driscoll has been very helpful in providing guarantee documentation for work carried out in 2023 to help with the now sale of my property. He has gone above and beyond to be helpful. The work carried out in damp roofing my property is standing strong with no issues. I would highly recommend this company for their quality of work and customer care and support.

    Internal and external damp proofing

    Work ended up having to be much more extensive than originally planned. Was kept informed at each stage and sent photos regularly to update. Despite more needing to be done was completed very expediently with good finish. Reliable company.

    Clearing and treatment of the damp and timber in the basement.

    Simon and his team did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond not only with the contracted issues but also with other parts of the cellar that needed attention. Everyone was helpful, tidy, and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

    Damo issue in the conservatory

    Simon is a very professional & honest trader. He found the cause of my problem and explained step by step what he would do to fix the issue with no hidden costs. With Simon you know where you are, he and his team are very reliable, showed up on time, completed the job quickly to a very high standard and cleaned thoroughly after. He will advise on what to do, how much it's gonna cost without being pressured to choose him. I will def call him again for any building issues and I highly recommend Simon and his team
