  Boiler issues

  My boiler started to make a weird noise and the pressure kept dropping. Spoke to Octo Plumbing who put my mind at ease. They did a full service gave advice and options that I could follow. They put my mind at rest and even helped with installing my washing machine at no added cost! Could not recommend enough. Thank you so much for being honest and not just replacing parts that did not need to be replaced.

  They did a great job checking and repairing my gas boiler in this freezing weather in no time. I was also provided a thorough explanation on what was the problem and what to do in case of emergency. The service produced was amazing and I couldn’t be more impressed with the way the problem was fixed

  A team was sent to my house and they were very efficient and punctual. The boiler was serviced fully and they even cleaned up after themselves! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family

  Loss of heating

  The engineer that came out was more than respectful & professional at doing what he does! Was able to get my houses heating back to life especially with it coming into winter. Was able to resolve any issues & was clear to communicate throughout the process so there were no surprises at the end. Would highly recommend!
