The whole process was first class. James Ockenden came and offered to quote for the work (NOT Estimate), which came fairly promptly. A date and arrival time was agreed & the two employees turned up on the day within fifteen minutes of the agreed time. All the work was carried out in a very professional manner with interaction between us all the time to ensure the work was going to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend Ockenden Tree Services to carry out any work from small to large.

James and his team carried out a range of tasks from tree felling and removal through to hedge trimming. They were polite, punctual and very hard working. The work was conducted over 2 days and they did a great job of tidying up afterwards. James is a great communicator, thoroughly reliable and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

James and his team arrived punctually to begin work on a variety of tasks from tree pruning, crown raising and hedge trimming. They acted with great knowledge and professionalism and James kept me informed on progress throughout the day as tasks were addressed.
