Job location: CF62Not a great experience over all. Charged for extras throughout the job despite them being discussed at the initial consultation. The grout on our patio came loose after 18 months and they asked for £500 extra to fix it.Response from Ocean Stone Landscaping
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to let us know. Unfortunately the hot summer had caused the large amount of clay within your soil to shrink, leading to movement. We were happy to return the first time and repair it free of charge. When you contacted us 18 months later, new materials and labour was required so a fee applied. We’re happy to return and resolve this but the labour and material costs would apply. Thank you again for your feedback.
