On asking for a quote for the works I needed doing it was produced the same day. I was then able to accept the quote and received a telephone call almost immediately to book my appointment. I was then phoned by Karen to bring my appointment forward as they had had a cancellation. James arrived promptly and completed the required work in no time. Engineer arrived promptly at the agreed time, was careful and open at all times and work was completed to a great standard. Timely communication, invoicing and all-round great experienced company.
