Darren and his team were absolute lifesavers. When our contractors fell behind schedule and we couldn't get the outlet installed on the original date (thanks to some fitted furniture blocking the wall), Darren went above and beyond. He managed to squeeze in several visits whenever he had gaps in his packed schedule, making sure to get the outlet sorted before the plasterers came in. What really stood out was how understanding they were about the whole situation - no eye-rolling or frustration, just genuine helpfulness despite us messing up their schedule. Thanks again!
