  Would highly recommend. We had a bunk bed, drawers and wardrobe built. Light wired in. All done in great time, a competitive price and to a great standard.

  Jake completed a patio for us it is less than a month old and has now started to sink and pool water have tried to get him to come back but has now blocked me and my mum do not use!!!

  At O’Brien property solutions we do not accept threats or abusive messaging and so you were blocked. The brief set by your mum was to do a patio as cheap as possible, it was explained that this would not be the normal standard of work completed by myself but was told to still continue.m Within budget , The water pooling is because you also were not happy with the water drain solution I had initially done, to which I took the slabs up again and relayed them in a way which you wanted and so that is why that problem has occurred.

  Numerous jobs both big and small

  Fantastic fella who really takes great care and pride in his work. He is reliable and professional. He has done numerous jobs around our house for us eg. Installed light fittings, curtain poles, tv mounting, fitted shelves and a new patio. I would highly recommend

  Tradesman removed the Aerial and a flood light from the apex of our property

  Really good contractor, excellent communication, really fast replies, arrived when he said he’d arrived. Fit us in a good time frame. Very friendly and even took the flood light down which was asked on the day, so really pleased with that. Highly recommend. Clean and tidy and got the job done.

  Great painting and wallpapering
