Fantastic from start to finish. 1. They were very prompt at responding to my job request 2. They agreed to work at 6pm on a bank holiday as they understood the importance/urgent nature of the work 3. They kept in touch and managed to arrive earlier than planned 4. When they arrived, they clearly explained everything and the options, without any pressure or hard sells 5. They fitted a new pipe like I’d asked, but also were able to fix two leaks with parts they already had on the van 6. I was charged a fair rate for exemplary work
