Professional notification sent of time and date. Communication was excellent. It was a difficult job as the fan belt had broken due to me and my husband trying to do it ourselves. Ben had a spare and was able tl fix it all on the same day despite my machine giving trouble due to blocked water pipes and all sorts. Ben kept me informed of everystep so i understood what he was doing. Very tidy job and he cleaned up after himself really well. Very professional. No time wasting. Would highly recommend. I've had someone come before for my oven and it went badly really pleased we've found Ben.

Ben was very nice and repaired my washing machine. I am very happy with his work.
