Ash was super efficient got into work mode straight away and managed to resolve the issue in no time. He’s also given me some useful tips on washing machine maintenance and also went back to his van to check for a missing part related to an issue I was having with the detergent draw not draining properly. Overall, very happy with Ash and couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone who’s looking for a professional with technical know-how around these things!

Unfortunately, despite valiant efforts, my machine was not economically repairable. However a replacement machine was ordered and duly fitted and the old one removed with no cost incurred for the repair time. Very pleased
