Arrived on time .Assessed the situation but was unable to repair the fault. We agreed a price for a new oven which was fitted the next day.

Turned up on time. Very friendly, explained what the problem was. Oven couldn't be repaired. Agreed to a replacement which Wayne sourced and fitted the following day. Very pleased.

We will not use any other company. Over the last 5 years, we have used him a few times and is now our "Go Too" appliances repair person. This time it was the dishwasher, he was on time and repaired the unit in a very professional manner.

The belt of our tumble dryer broke over the Christmas period. I called Wayne from O&R Appliances and he came to look at it immediately to double check it was definitely the belt, he ordered the new belt straight away and came to fit it the next day at a time convenient for us (in the evening when we were home from work). The process and communication couldn't have been easier and it was a lot cheaper than buying a new dryer like we have done in the past. I'm definitely keeping their number as we go through lots of appliances!
