Our old oven broke down. O and R Appliances came quickly and gave us the option to replace a part or buy a new oven. It quickly became apparent that our oven (which was over 10 years old) was not worth repairing - there were both cracks and holes on the inside of the oven and the dial had broken off. Therefore, Wayne came back the next day and fit a new Zanussi oven. Wayne was lovely and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Fair prices. Definitely recommend.

Wayne was excellent. Quick response, good service. Had to return on another day due to having to order a part. All sorted and washer working again 👍. Would definitely recommend. Polite chap, clean and comes when he says...always a bonus!

Quick response to my issue and came out the same day, discovered the problem showed the part that was needed and fixed the problem within 4 days. Great service!

Attended quickly very knowledgeable of white goods. Really nice gentleman and very reasonable rates. All round good experience.

Arrived on time .Assessed the situation but was unable to repair the fault. We agreed a price for a new oven which was fitted the next day.

Turned up on time. Very friendly, explained what the problem was. Oven couldn't be repaired. Agreed to a replacement which Wayne sourced and fitted the following day. Very pleased.
