Excellent fast service and friendly and helpful

Excellent speedy service above and beyond expectations especially after being let down 3 times by the Hotpoint engineer

I was initially messed about by a different company and so called this company who not only arranged to come out the following day, but also we're very polite and understanding. They fixed my dishwasher within about 15-20 minutes as it was thankfully just a pipe that had come off. He even fixed the door which had been fastened on poorly and so left things much better than when he had arrived! I honestly cannot recommend them enough!!

Good response from Wayne, he did what he said he would do. Easy to deal with, reliable and consistent.

Came out a day earlier than was booked for which was thrilled with !!! Wasn’t able to fix it there and then as needed a part and very old dishwasher BUT sorted us out on Wednesday same week and fitted us a new appliance all work Carried out. Really happy and ready to start using our new appliance !

came out on the same day, was really lovely and fixed the washing machine very quickly. would definitely use again!
