A prompt call and visit. The work was completed in the same visit. They reshaped an overgrown magnolia,trimmed a large conifer hedge and tidied a pyrocantha back into place against a wall. Everything was well done and the work all looks exactly as I wanted it. All rubbish was carefully removed and everything left tidy.

When they arrived to do the job, Joe was very thorough in making sure that every member of the team knew what our needs were. His team completed the work with a minimum of fuss at the price quoted. No paperwork: just good, solid workmanship. Left the place looking tidy.

Turned up at the appointed time to provide quote - unlike a couple of others. Decided to go ahead there and then. Job done well. I didn@t mind a bit of upselling to prune a cherry tree. This was done nicely. Garden transformed.
