  Kitchen renovation; foundation work, supporting wall removal

  Paul did a fabulous job renovating our kitchen and completing associated structural work (removing two walls, levelling the floor, increasing the size of our windows, installing Wren kitchen, decorating, electrical). Paul and his team were easy to work with; always in communication, always on-time, working at a fast-pace, congenial attitude. His team finished the project to a high standard. We are delighted with the result and would not hesitate to call again!

  New Patio

  We requested a an enlarged patio which required lifting existing slabs, digging out a raised grassed area, building a curved retaining wall, laying new cut to fit porcelain slabs, including around a conservatory. Work was completed to a very high standard, with good communication on progress and the site was left clean and tidy at the end of every day. Happy to highly recommend

  Full renovation of kitchen, dining room and repair to basement

  Paul Turner of Oakview Property did an excellent job and achieved a good finish which we are pleased with. Paul is dependent and trustworthy and is skilled in a wide variety of building tasks. He even did some beautiful decorative tile work for us outside our agreed scope. He was flexible and fitted in extra work in our loft for us. I learnt to trust Paul which I think is important in building and construction. He is quick and efficient without compromising on the quality of his work. Paul is straightforward which helps when navigating the stress of a building renovation.

  Extension work

  Paul and Ryan recently completed a rear extension, front porch, fitted kitchen, patio and LVT flooring for us and we were very pleased with their work. They were polite, tidy and professional throughout and happy to answer any questions that I had. Everything was finished to a high standard, and we’d happily recommend them!
