  Full refurbishment of a 3 bedroom apartment in a mansion block

  OaksBuild Ltd’s director is Andrei, a very experienced, reliable and knowledgeable builder He is Up to date on rules and regulations and always happy to explain it and advise if required . Andrei was leading the project and was present on the site every day. Always on time and available to talk and discuss. He takes pride in his work and was making sure that all who work for him do the same. The work they have done in my apartment is of a very good quality. I would wholeheartedly recommend Andrei and his company to others.

  Downstairs refurb

  OaksBuild and all the guys who work for them have been brilliant. Now, our new open plan area has a fabulous kitchen, utility room and downstairs toilet. The whole team is very skilled and so professional. We highly recommend them and we are looking forward to see them again in the New Year when they’ll do more work for us.

  Renovation (including structural changes) to kitchen area of house

  I have used this firm for a few jobs now and the standard of their work has been consistently excellent. The most recent project included demolition and rebuilding (including inserting steel supports). Also installed underfloor heating. Building control required them to complete additional tasks. They then plastered, tiled, redecorated and installed most of the kitchen. They used specialists (e.g. plumbers and electricians) where necessary. I am very happy with the end result.
