Hi, Sorry you feel this way Hassan, I have contacted you but have gotten no reply so I’ll reply here, You’re my first bad review in over 2 years, if I had poor workmanship or a scammer I wouldn’t have a rating or 9.8 out of 50 reviews. I didn’t assure you it would be fixed, I told you this in person and on our chat. your roof had literally caved in and we fixed that, which needed doing regardless of anything else, It just turned out this didn’t prevent the leak, I explained this due to the age and nature of your roof. and for the fact you’ve had 7 repairs on the roof all done poorly. and your flat roof which has been installed upside down. advised a new roof is required due to all these reasons and offered to refund back for the repairs. Which you know about, I can’t put my name to work on that roof when the whole property has been destroyed by cowboys
