  Greg and team were excellent. Greg has a no nonsense approach which was clear from the quotation stage. There were some 'upheavals' that were beyond anyone's control but the team worked around these without escalation of costs. The end result is amazing with no major issues to sort out.

  Two floor extension

  Best builder and full suite service I’ve come across. Gave a date of finishing the job, and met it. Team work extremely hard (even neighbours were impressed!). No idea how Greg manages it but sticks to the timings. Brilliant with communication making decisions easy. Cannot recommend enough (words you rarely hear from a builder). Look forward to my next project!

  Building loft extension and complete renovation

  Unfortunately the works have not finished as Greg and team have disappeared and are not responding to emails and calls. His initial work was great but since the last payment in April 2020, they have not visited the property to finish the kitchen, electrics, and snags.

  Work was completed in January 2020 with partial payment in April 2020 . The customer then wanted additional work done. We’ve tried to be as flexible as possible but we were outbid on number of works originally agreed, client decided to cherry pick and look for lowest price. The customer now wants us to return to complete work not initially carried out by us at no extra cost. This customer has not paid in full. Look into our last 58 great reviews and 9 years being a member. I can understand this has been written in anger rather than in good faith. We always look to resolve outstanding issues as soon as we can. Every customer is important to us.

  Complete house renovation

  Our project was a complete renovation and extension of a house in a conservation area. It was finished on time and on budget. For Greg the client is central in his way of working: not only does he work to an exceedingly high standard, his pricing is also fair - it compared favourably with fifteen other builders we talked to - his team is courteous, hard-working, proud of their work, and help with suggestions for improvements. Our neighbours commented regularly how polite the team was and how good everything looked. All done with minimal inconvenience to us! I would fully recommend Greg.

  Loft conversion

  We had our loft conversion carried out by Style Lofts and Extensions Ltd in March 21 and we couldn't be happier with the end result. From our initial meeting with Greg and the architect to discuss our plans, all the way through to completion, they were professional throughout. The construction team led by Greg's brother Roman were first class always on time each day. We felt at ease throughout the build and were kept us updated with progress. The neighbours also commented on the quality of the work! We would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to have a loft conversion done.

  Rear Single-Story Extension

  Before we contracted Style Lofts I asked previous customers for references and got glowing reviews. I agree with them completely. I have been surprised by how good Greg and the team are throughout. The quality and speed of work have been fantastic, the guys got here first thing &would work solidly all day, just flat out work, rain/shine. Even our neighbours said how impressed they were - that surely doesn't normally happen! Greg was one of the cheaper options and worth his weight in gold. And this has been throughout the Covid crisis! Great contact throughout. Really can't recommend them enough!
