Luke really helped formulate the best plan and design for proceeding with my utility and toilet space. He was also mindful of my restricted budget. He project managed all the addition trades required (ground works, electrician and carpenters) and worked fast to get the work completed. I am delighted with my transformed space.

I needed to replace the boiler flue system urgently as my tenants with two babies had no hot water or central heating. Luke arrived on stated time, quickly identified the fault and gave me the options available. The parts required were available at a store some distance away but he went the extra mile, collected the parts and fitted them by the end of the morning ensuring the boiler was working.His work ethic, professionalism and communication were excellent. The cost of repair was very reasonable. I would use his services again and recommend him highly to anyone needing a Gassafe engineer .

Oakley Plumbing and Heating installed a new heating system for our rebuild. We were extremely happy with the end result. Communication was prompt and clear throughout,which was not always the case with some trades. Oakley P&H were recommended to us and we would also recommend them.

Basically my boiler would not fire up, it wasn’t the ignition but something electronic, Mr Oakley arrived at the stated time and was very informative explaining the potential issues and general ving a very reasonable estimate, kept workplace tidy and even phoned me next day to ensure all was still ok, can’t thank him enough

Great and efficient service from Oakley Plumbing and Heating. The problem was quickly diagnosed, the parts were ordered and fitted within days. I was given up front pricing and he was very neat and tidy. I've recommended to all my friends in my 'mum group'!
