I needed to replace the boiler flue system urgently as my tenants with two babies had no hot water or central heating. Luke arrived on stated time, quickly identified the fault and gave me the options available. The parts required were available at a store some distance away but he went the extra mile, collected the parts and fitted them by the end of the morning ensuring the boiler was working.His work ethic, professionalism and communication were excellent. The cost of repair was very reasonable. I would use his services again and recommend him highly to anyone needing a Gassafe engineer .

Oakley Plumbing and Heating installed a new heating system for our rebuild. We were extremely happy with the end result. Communication was prompt and clear throughout,which was not always the case with some trades. Oakley P&H were recommended to us and we would also recommend them.

Basically my boiler would not fire up, it wasn’t the ignition but something electronic, Mr Oakley arrived at the stated time and was very informative explaining the potential issues and general ving a very reasonable estimate, kept workplace tidy and even phoned me next day to ensure all was still ok, can’t thank him enough

Luke was one of two plumbers to respond to a request for emergency call despite about a dozen being contacted. The leak was under the floor, Luke proposed a solution that avoided digging up the floor to find and fix the leak by isolating the existing supply and running a new supply from the live feed in the bathroom above. Managed a route that avoided any unsightly pipes. Work was done on time, excellent communication and actually came out cheaper than quoted as a little prep meant Luke found it easier and quicker to complete the work. Happy to recommend 😁
