We recently had a basement conversion and kitchen refurbishment that included taking a wall out. Oakley Builders did all the structural work and project managed the rest of the work. From the start we liked Dean. His communication was excellent, him and his team are all personable, trustworthy and really hard working. All the other tradespeople Dean uses were also brilliant, which made the whole experience a really positive one. We couldn’t be happier with the end result, all the work has been to a really high standard. I would 100% use Oakley Builders again and definitely recommend them.

Dean and his team are amazing, with a high standard and great communication. The team removed an load bearing arch, chimney breast in 2 rooms making my kitchen and dinning room into one big room. At the same time they replastered the lounge. Dean has recently finished a garage conversion for us! Dean and the team were brilliant from start to finish and very understanding of my wives changing demands! Brilliant, super trust worthy, very thorough and the job he has done is amazing! Will only ever use him and highly recommend him for any work moving forward!

Dean and his team built a 2storey extension in stone which was matched and blended in perfectly, they completed the full interior renovation inc bathroomsx2 and 2 new bedrooms with a complex amount of structural work and reconfiguration. We were informed at all stages of the project and couldn’t be happier with the transformation. Dean is a highly knowledgeable builder with very high standards to complete work on time .
