Restoration of ottoman

I found Bob helpful and easy to deal with. He has restored my Lloyd Loom type ottoman beautifully and as requested. He painted it a new colour and completely rebuilt the lid. He had a good selection of suitable fabrics and the one chosen looks great as well as being practical. I am very pleased with the result and know the ottoman will last many more years and is something of which to be proud. I happily recommend Oaklands Upholstery.

Three piece suite and dining chairs - excellent service

Oaklands Upholstry recovered a large three piece suite and four dining chairs for us in January 2026. The work was completed in two "batches" in less than four weeks. We are delighted with the results and very happy with communication, workmanship, and price. We would highly recommend.

Re covering chairs

I rang Robert Gillett to get a quote for recovery 6 chairs. He replied and picked up the chairs in his van. We were able to choose the fabric that suited us. Chairs were recovered and new foam fited. All done in just over a week I can heartedly recommend this company and service given

Fab work! Dining room chairs restored

Very impressed with the work carried out. We had 6 wooden chairs repaired and reupholstered . New fabric and new internal cushioning. Speedy work and good communities phone call and then WhatsApp messages. Highly recommend.
