I contacted Luke after finding him on Check A trade to carry out some work at my dad’s property after a leak in the loft had caused damage to the lounge ceiling. I live 200 miles from my dad but Luke made the whole process extremely easy. He gave me a very competitive quote and carried out the work soon after. He’s reliable and extremely trustworthy which was such a relief as my dad is 85 and has the start of dementia. We are extremely pleased with the work Luke carried out for us. It involved significant repairs to some of the upstairs cracked lintels and an upstairs landing hall area and making good. One bedroom wall needed repair and plastering, installation of new radiator to shower ensuite then complete redecoration. Luke took excellent care of our built in furniture and everything was left clean and tidy upon completion.
