Excellent work, Stuart at SKR is professional, reliable, genuine. I shopped around a lot for this job and can’t recommend him enough. Great value, no issues, nothing was too much trouble. Job delayed by 1 week on start date and overran by several weeks. Disappointing. Irregular attendance was commonplace with full days missed and a variety of excuses given. His attention was clearly on other jobs as he was continuously on his mobile, occasionally disappearing for hours, even days. Displayed poor management skills. He failed to respond over several weeks to repeated requests to power flush the system, reflood adding inhibitor, balance the radiators and check on new boiler to complete the job as per his quote. He has made no attempt to contact us since. Very unsatisfied customers!

Stuart was very professional, he kept me informed throughout and explained the options to me. He did the jobs to a perfect finish and even helped sort out some other issues. He also helped buy the appropriate mixer tap that is better than my last one. He also left everywhere tidy after he finished. I will definitely use his company again, I am a very satisfied customer.

Great company - did a full fit out of basin toilet and bath - would highly recommend - very professional work, carried out to a high standard. I will be getting them back to do our downstairs bathroom in the near future
