Paul at Oakhill responded to our request very quickly. He was able to visit the next day and he found the problem and was able to remedy the issue within 24 hours which included ordering a new shower screen. We found him very reliable and totally trustworthy.

It was taking a good 15 minutes for the water to re-fill following the toilet being flushed. I requested assistance late on the Sunday night and received a phone call by half nine the following morning to arrange a visit. The visit took place first thing on the Tuesday morning, with the issue being rectified within 15 minutes. Paul already had the replacement part in his van and was able to identify the source of the problem swiftly. I would happily use again in future.
