I was extremely impressed with Oak Flooring Design and the level of customer service. From my very first enquiry, they were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to all of my questions. What really stood out was how promptly the samples arrived, which made the whole decision-making process so much easier. The quality, quantity and size of the samples were excellent and gave me complete confidence in choosing the right flooring. A genuinely professional and efficient service from start to finish — highly recommended!

Having contacted several firms to request quotes for refurbishing our oak floor, we chose Oak Flooring Design because of Kate's excellent customer service and communication. Remarkably, two other companies came out to measure up but never bothered to send us a quote. Kate was interested, helpful, knowledgeable and very responsive to our questions. Our wooden floor covers several rooms and was a big job. The guys who came out worked very hard and did the job in three days, with minimum mess or fuss. We are very happy with the result and our floor looks like new.

Kate, Greg and their colleagues have been amazing. We had a tricky subfloor and problems with a supplier and Oak Flooring Design have been absolute heroes, going above and beyond to find solutions. They have also been impeccably honest in various ways. And the actual fitting of the floor has been done exceptionally well and for a great price. I cannot recommend them enough.

We have been really happy with the service and the end result. Kate was attentive and responsive and Gregory and Tadek were skilled and thorough. They were especially good at responding when we had to pivot after finding issues with the subfloor.

We would recommend Oak Flooring Design Ltd. They recently fitted our new herringbone floor downstairs and did an excellent job. They showed a great attention to detail and we are really pleased with the finished result.

My floor had suffered burn damage after an electrical fire and Kate, Gregory and Kamil were attentive and very responsive to my personal situation. Kate explained the different types of floors and how they work and what my floor needed. Out of 16 comapnies I had contacted, they were the only ones to offer me a veneer replacement to avoid removing parts of the floor unnecessarily. They produce their own wood which meant they could make perfectly fitting pieces to replace the burn areas. On top of this, they also fixed my wooden tables which had stains by sanding and lacquering. Highly recommend
