We have been really happy with the service and the end result. Kate was attentive and responsive and Gregory and Tadek were skilled and thorough. They were especially good at responding when we had to pivot after finding issues with the subfloor.

We would recommend Oak Flooring Design Ltd. They recently fitted our new herringbone floor downstairs and did an excellent job. They showed a great attention to detail and we are really pleased with the finished result.

My floor had suffered burn damage after an electrical fire and Kate, Gregory and Kamil were attentive and very responsive to my personal situation. Kate explained the different types of floors and how they work and what my floor needed. Out of 16 comapnies I had contacted, they were the only ones to offer me a veneer replacement to avoid removing parts of the floor unnecessarily. They produce their own wood which meant they could make perfectly fitting pieces to replace the burn areas. On top of this, they also fixed my wooden tables which had stains by sanding and lacquering. Highly recommend

Great quality at a proper price for 1 sq m of versailles flooring. Just what I wanted in real oak. They made it up specially for me to size. Super job. Fantastic service -shipped in a week. Kate was very professional in help us plan the work, costings and choice of wood. They were very flexible to accommodate our timetable. The flooring look amazing. They even made wood to measure for our stairs.

We asked Oak Flooring Design to fit engineered oak planks to 3 rooms in our house. They went above and beyond to assist us, were very prompt, very professional and the final finish was amazing. We are getting them back to do our staircase later this year. Thanks to Kate and Gregory!
