Neil came to carry out a few small jobs in our house followed by a full rewire and responded to both queries very quickly and efficiently and turned up on time. Great communication, reliable, very calm and also considerate towards both us and our children whilst we were living through the work being done. He was very patient explaining what needed to be done and even coming out to speak to us before the work started to make sure we knew what to expect which was much appreciated. Great work from Neil. He arrived exactly on time and was incredibly efficient. He charged a fair price for over 2 hours' work. I only wish that Neil had reminded me to reset the settings on my boiler (since the power had been turned on/off for the safety checks), but that lapse was as much my fault as his.
