Upon meeting Nick, he was very friendly and accommodating. Originally required to replace my broken power shower pump which had been in use for 10+ years. April / May 2025 he replaced my pump for me. December 2025 the pump had gone again, there was a leak which caused it to break and a new pump was to be replaced again. May 2026 it has broken again. I have reached out to Nick numerous times but I have been blocked. I have since received another plumber to fix the leak and transpired it was missing two strainer and normal washers the whole time. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Very disappointed to receive this review. The pump was replaced after pump failure, the cost of pump was reimbursed to customer . The leak was a secondary issue which was the bath waste leaking which I fixed free of charge. Two other issues were identified one being hot water temperature to high also thermostatic temperature was stuck in the hot position. So I feel this is a unfair representation.
