From initially contacting Neil, he was prompt anc helpful at all times. Neil always kept us in the loop with timeframes and always returned calls or texts. When worked comnenced, he was thorough and paid attention to detail, explaining the work in the stages undertaken. We are both very pleased with the new bathroom, that came in at a competetive price and we cannot praise Neil enough for a meticuloys job. Added to that, he is an amusing and polite guy, who takes pride in his work. Excellent. Not one thing to fault.

Neil was always on time kept us informed each day what he was going to do left everything tidy removed old bathroom ,fitted new one to a high standard,and even fitted extra accessories,Can see how Neil takes pride in his work,he's an absolute perfectionist Would definitely recomend 👍😊
