First impressions were good. Colm came round quickly on the Monday to discuss what I wanted doing. He said he would send me a couple of estimates the following day. Hadn't heard from him by Wednesday, so sent him a txt. He responded, saying he'd send the estimate that day. Friday, still no estimates arrived and after several txts and a missed phone call from me, I finally get a response saying he's too busy. Total waste of my time. Poor communication and organisation, unprofessional, unreliable. Would not recommend.

The engineer gave sound advice on the phone for initial possibilities for me to try. I did this but on this occasion it didn’t solve problem. When he arrived as arranged he was able to sort cause, and then went over and above to remove the offending dishwasher carefully so as to not affect the flooring. He was a polite likeable guy. Would certainly use again.
