Jack was very though and knowledgeable. I received my report a few weeks after the survey

Jack was very thorough and knowledgeable of his trade. He undertook the checks in a professional manner and worked in partnership with the plumber who was also on site. Very pleased and the report followed explaining what remedial were required

First impressions were good. Colm came round quickly on the Monday to discuss what I wanted doing. He said he would send me a couple of estimates the following day. Hadn't heard from him by Wednesday, so sent him a txt. He responded, saying he'd send the estimate that day. Friday, still no estimates arrived and after several txts and a missed phone call from me, I finally get a response saying he's too busy. Total waste of my time. Poor communication and organisation, unprofessional, unreliable. Would not recommend.
