Good ongoing communications and timing of trades. Only poor weather got in the way of progress and we were always clear and updated when things couldn't happen. Frank employs good lads who do a good job with good humour. We asked for "Win Win" - and that's what we got.

We had quotes from a number of builders, and found Frank's was the most realistic with no hidden extras. It has not been a simple job due to the nature of our bungalow, but we have been kept up to date with any changes or problems that have occurred along the way. The standard of work is very high and the people working on the house are very polite and professional

We had the wall between our kitchen and dining room knocked through our old kitchen taken out and a new one installed as well as a downstairs loo and French doors out to the garden. Everything went very smoothly, Frank is knowledgeable and friendly. All the guys he bought in for the various bits of work were great and kept everything very tidy which was fantastic. Generally very happy with everything.

Frank was great with communication throughout the whole process and was able to give us a quote early on to ensure the project was in our budget. The team that Frank brought in for all aspects of the job were polite, on time and very tidy which was much appreciated! The work was completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. We found Frank on checkatrade. We needed our lounge, dining room and kitchen knocking into one big room with bi-folds across the back. Frank was upfront, swift and easy to communicate with. His team are really nice. Theyre so tidy, reliable and easy to have round the house. It's a big decision and Frank sorted out a visit to another customer for us so we coukd check out the quality of his work. Thst put our minds at rest. We are thrilled with the end result and we came in exactly on budget. No surprises. I would definitely use Frank again and have recommended him to friends already.

This is an interim review with all walls up and the roofing being largely finished this week. First fix starts over the next few days. Frank gave a mid price quote for what is turning out to be first class work. All the guys on site as they come and go have been excellent. They ask the right questions and listen to the answers. Frank's logistical skills in organising, ordering and timing deliveries and tradesmen are remarkable. We look forward to giving an equally glowing report when the work is all complete.
