I can't praise Tom highly enough. He did an absolutely fantastic job, we can't stop looking at our floor we are so happy with it! Tom is professional, a master at his trade and also a really nice bloke. He arrived on time each day, worked very fast and was very patient at explaining how he was going to do things. I would massively recomend Tom to anyone looking to have some top quality flooring done, he is brilliant.

Tom did an amazing job installing new flooring throughout the flat. The engineered wood flooring makes such a big difference. Tom was great throughout, finishing on time, leaving the place clean and tidy. I would happily recommend NW3 Parquet.

Tom did an amazing job of sanding the paint layer off the engineered wood flooring in our hallway and kitchen. He managed to strip back the paint leaving a very nice exposed wood grain despite the fact that the oak veneer was only 3mm thick. The varnish layer he applied on top really brought out the character of the wood. Result even better than expected! He was very neat and tidy - barely noticed any dust flying around. We'll ask him back to do the parquet flooring in the livingroom later in the year too!

Tom gave a good detailed description of the process and the time it would take. Throughout the job he kept us well informed of what was happening and planned the work so as to minimise any disruption . He always arrived at the time arranged with us. The finished work looks amazing and we would highly recommend NW3 Parquet to anyone wanting a similar service.

Tom completely transformed our bedroom flooring from ugly old grey carpet, to shining wooden perfection! Tom was on time, was great at communicating and had a great sense of humor - we would definitely recommend NW3 Parquet!
