Today, Neal from NVF arrived to fix a leak in our conservatory. He arrived on time and was friendly and courteous from the beginning. Neal removed panels, guttering and did an inspection of all areas looking for the source of the leak. He discovered the leak/problem was actually caused by the kitchen extension roof, not the conservatory itself. He showed me the problem and offered advice on moving forward and what would need doing when I book a roofer to fix the source of the leak. Very happy with NVF, I would highly recommend Neal and NVF to anyone with conservatory problems.
