  Done well done on a short notice

  Marco stepped in on a short notice after another plumber had to leave and did not finish the job. He swiftly understood the issue, bought a new pipe and replaced the broken one straight after. He was very communicative, kept me informed and updated and got the job done within an hour and as said on a short notice. Really happy with his service and I would hire him again if I have a plumbing issue.

  A difficult tap replacement job thoroughly well done

  An old tap in the bathroom basin was too cramped and difficult for for me to try to extract. A plumber from Nuova Plumbing Ltd who had helped me out previously very successfully with a similar job did the same on this occasion and the new tap looks and performs as I wanted. The work was carried out efficiently and advice given pleasantly.

  Toilet and stopcock leaking

  I had a toilet leak and a leak from the stopcock to fix. Marco was clear in communicating with me from the day I contacted him for a quote. He proved to be punctual, courteous, clean and asked for a fair price. Therefore, I strongly recommend him.

  Good experience all the way from Marco’s initial visit to quote through to the tidy of the kitchen. Work undertaken : replacement of existing radiator with column rad. Rebalancing of system. Surfaces all. protected.

  Marco completed 2 jobs for us. Unblocking a sink pipe then changing the old pipework under the sink to stop a leak. It looks so much better. Marco was reliable, reasonable, efficient, tidy and very professional. We will definitely ask Marco back when we add a new bathroom to a bedroom and change some radiators. Very happy.
