  Ground floor rear extension and kitchen refurb

  Very impressed with Frazer's attentiveness and focus on detail. He saw my vision and made it happen. Owning a period property, we were keen that the extension worked with the existing part of the house. He was happy to answer all of my questions, and was really helpful guiding me on whether salvaged materials (such as reclaimed doors/windows) would meet building regs etc. Would highly recommend Nunnal Developments.

  A single story rear house extension.

  Earlier in the year we had a rear extension built by Nunnal developments. What we anticipated would be a highly stressful process was nothing of the sort thanks to Frazer and the team. From initial contact, they were helpful and professional, and did exactly what they said they would do, each step of the way. All correspondence were prompt and we were always made to feel a priority. Each member of the team were polite and incredibly hardworking-giving the impression they all genuinely cared about their workmanship. They cleaned up every evening and always offered to assist if any unavoidable

  3 x New Builds

  Nunnal Developments has worked for me on two jobs in Brentwood Essex and has been very professional, compliant and friendly throughout their works. All of the team have a strong knowledge of construction, both New Build and Conversion and always has a solution to a architectural or engineering error in a timely manner and in reason includes within his paid works. Would highly recommend this contractor over a lot of the incompetent contractors in the market.

  Garden paving / landscaping

  Nunnal Developments were recommended to me after previous workmen left my neighbouring boundary in a right mess. And I couldn’t have been more impressed. The workmen arrived early in the morning – exactly as agreed – they were very professional, hard-working and refreshingly polite. The work was precise, very neat, and they cleaned up after themselves beyond any expectation. I would recommend Nunnal Developments in a heartbeat.

  Refurbishment, knocking out walls, bricking up windows, new carpentry, new staircase installed.

  I was very pleased with all the work carried out. They were reliable, polite, very tidy workers, and knowledgeable. They were patient with me even when I changed my mind on things, and they made the time to plan for what I wanted, giving me peace of mind. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family, and use them again in the future. Thank you!
