Asked for a electrician and james answered back within 5 minutes saying he would be able to do the safety check. We organised a day and time and he turned up as agreed. Nice, polite and honest 👍 will be using number one electrical solutions for all our electric jobs from now on. Would Recommend them 100%.

Electrician James from Number One Electrical Solutions came round to carry out the job on a Saturday morning, 9.30 a.m. which I thought was impressive as I thought I'd have to wait until at least Monday. Sorted the problem out and repair job done and checked properly for a reasonable price.

James was really professional and tidy, and I would be really confident in using James again in the future.

First and foremost James is a true gentleman. He kept in contact with us from point of booking right up to the point of entry to our home. We went through what we needed looking at again. He immediately went to work. James was very tidy and neat with his tools and general work area. James explained everything he was doing as he was going along.
