Prompt reply to weekend request to repair a broken window and competitive quote. Jamie arrived at the agreed time, carried out work efficiently and sent me photos as I wasn't present.

Brilliant - called up in the morning to ask if he could help, came round later that day and fixed the broken roof lantern. Kept me fully up to date on estimated time of arrival also and finish looked excellent!
