  Conservatory roof replacement

  We have had no end of issues with this company. Our new roof leaked from the very start and despite clear evidence, NuLook made everything a battle. 6 years on, our roof continues to leak (which has now caused damage to the inside of our property) and NuLook continue to refuse to accept responsibility (despite independent roofers stating that the roof has not been fitted in accordance with British Standards). Customer service is appalling - conversations rude and at times threatening. We have had further damage caused to our property by the workers in an attempt to pass the blame.

  Untrustworthy company

  Positives: The workers were polite and came when were supposed to. The new roof looks nice, but that is about it. Negatives: absolutely shocking customer service. Salesman promised that the floor would be appropriately protected, that a barrier would be put between the conservatory and the rest of the house and a line cracking on the ceiling was covered as part of the works. All lies! None of this happened and we were left with a damaged floor and a mess to clean up. When we contacted them we were told that the floor damage was our responsibility because we left the flooring there.

  We have paid £318.00 for a repair of this customers floor as a gesture of goodwill, even though in our opinion it was not down to ourselves as the floor was completely protected. All works on the signed contract were completed in full. We are very saddened by this review, but do refute her derogatory comments in respect of her dealings with us. We wish her well for the future.

  Replace old conservatory roof

  The workmanship was very good my only complaint was the time to complete the job it took 4 weeks in total far to long being you have to clear the conservatory of all your belongings and find room for them elsewhere so the whole house was upside down for weeks, the job was finished the day before Christmas Eve I do feel if they could get the job in ten to fourteen days I would have rated it excellent.

  Replacement of conservatory roof

  Poor electrical workmanship, took 11 weeks post completion to receive half the certifications, Minor Works Electrical Certification is now being refused by Nu Look. We have contacted Nu Look on several occasions asking for the pending certification with Nu Look refusing to issue for work they completed. We are in contact with Citizens Advice and Trading Standards regarding this matter but have not had a resolution to this so far.

  Garden room to replace conservatory

  Pure and simple first class. The salesman was great this followed up with a knowledgable ops director (very experienced which gave us confidence) the install team (numerous tradesmen) were exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending them. A first class job

  Conservatory roof

  From initial consultation, questions were answered, explained how roof would be done. Salesman left us to decide whether we would go ahead or not. The fitting team, plasterer and electrician were all prompt, courteous and friendly. They all worked hard, arrived on time and left my property clean. I would certainly recommend Nu-Look. Also thankyou to office staff who kept in touch. A brilliant Job.
