  I had an overflowing toilet on bank holidays of all days. I called the office and reached to Kieron who was very helpful and has assisted me in localising the issue in order to revisit when everyone is available and less pricey. Thanks Kieron very professional, pleasant and patient.

  Boiler repair after powercut

  A powercut caused my boiler to stop working. Nu Age Heating and Interiors contacted me from my post on CheckaTrade. Mac visited my home and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was polite and understanding of how difficult it was having no hot water. He managed to source a part and then came back to fit it the following day. Sian in the office kept in contact with me and updated me on costings and provided me with an invoice. There were no hidden costs. The Nu Age team appeared to be highly efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

  Gas check due to house buyers request

  An engineer came out to do a standard gas check for the house and came across a gas leak, he managed to fix it while he was here and found a fault that had been previously created by the last person who messed with it.
