    Whole team efficient to deliver high quality finish.

    Neil and the NLT team carried out a kitchen and bathroom renovation at our house in spring 2025. Right from the start of the project to the last sign off day Neil was excellent at communicating and working to time to deliver a high quality finish. All the professionals associated from the builders to the plasterer and the electricians were experienced and pleasant. The team worked efficiently and we're very respectful of our family home. Would definitely recommend and would have them back for any future building works.

    Neil and his team have done several projects for me over many years and the teams work is of an outstanding standard. He communicates constantly so you know everything is heading in the right direction. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending NTL, they are a fantastic company and I know I will do more projects with the. In the future.

    House reno and extension, great builders

    We had an excellent experience with Neil and the NTL team. Neil was very communicative, patient with our questions, and happy to accommodate our changes and ideas. Keith and Scott were always friendly and helpful. Having tradespeople in your home for a long project can be stressful, but Neil and his team were trustworthy, conscientious, and respectful throughout our rear and dormer extensions. Highly recommended!

    Neil Ledger (NTL Property Services) worked on a large church conversion (Sheffield) into 9 luxury apartments. Neil not only rendered a consistent, timely and competent service but above all went out of his way to ensure all works were completed within the set budget and timeframe.     Chimney Breast Removal

    We used NTL property to remove our chimney breast from the first floor bedroom and living room, everything was carried out as quoted and finished to a very high standard, the guys cleaned up every day and the work was completed in the time frame we were advised. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.
