We're in the middle of demolition of some old buildings, when the demolition guys said there was an old toilet that was still live and needed capping off before they could continue with the work. I put out an urgent request via Checkatrade and NSR Plumbing replied to me quickly, even though it was late at night. He came by the next day and quickly sorted everything for us. Crisis averted and demolition able to continue. Communication was always prompt and clear. Would hire again without any reservations.

Phoned Nathan about leak. Came round the same day. Found issue and advised best way to sort it. Gave a full quote with break down of costs, which was very competitive. Nothing was too much trouble and quality of work was excellent. Kept in touch and was a pleasure to have in the house whilst doing the work. Will definitely use Nathan again and highly recommend him

I'm bedridden and needed a plumber who understands. when he was outside he phoned to tell me he was there and I told him what to do. while he was here district nurses came and he waited outside i would recommend him to anyone as he was genuine and real
