  Landlord inventories (pre-tenancy)

  I had a great experience with NSP Inventories. Nilesh did an excellent job, communication was clear throughout and he was always responsive. The report was very detailed, covering every aspect of the property and supported by hundreds of photos. Everything was completed on time and to a high standard. I would definitely recommend their services.

  I used NSP for a mid term inspection report. The report was detailed and thorough and I was very happy with the service. I will use them again for future inspections and inventory reports. They followed up the visit with a phone call.

  Detailed and comprehensive inventory service for landlords

  Just a quick message to say a big THANK YOU Nilesh, for providing such a comprehensive and easy to follow inventory report, with matching photos. I really appreciate your attention to detail and how you differentiated between the different cupboard areas in the kitchen, for example, and used the LHS/ RHS shorthand throughout the report. Sometimes its incredibly hard to describe where something is in relation to other things, especially in a furnished property, but your report made it look easy, as well as being wonderfully detailed.
