Fantadtic communication. Made easy with voice messages and pictures. Big thing for me as I drive for a living so hard to take calls. Quote was very reasonable and in line with expectations. Clear and direct of what work is needed and what is optional, allowing me to save money where i can. Arrived early for the job, bonus! Highly reccomend, so proffessional and easy to work with. Will definately be using their services again if needed.

Did a great job of replacing everything that was broken. Was also able to work around the unusual decisions of the last lot who worked on those pipes.

Nathan and his colleagues arrived on time to start the job and straight away got on with what was required. During the job they kepr me well informed what they were doing and also willingly answered all my questions. After completing the job, they cleared the rubbish and left front & back of the house nice and clean. If anyone is looking to get this sort of work done, I recommend NSD Home Improvements unreservedly.
