10 Flat Refurbishment

Val and his team from NSCL have recently completed a full flat refurbishment for me. The property was in extremely poor condition requiring new floors, complete re plastering, new central heating system, full kitchen installation and a new shower room plus complete redecoration. The quality of the work is exemplary. Val is very helpful with design ideas and was fully engaged with the project throughout. Can't recommend them highly enough.
