A catalogue of errors and mistakes. NRJ were used as part of renovations to modify my home for wheelchair access. The issues were: No sign-off for wet room electrical work; No earth connection to metal light switches; Neutral disconnected from exterior lights; Numerous ‘pinched’ connections; Disconnected external lights which should not have been; Underfloor heating sensor in wrong position (too low); Did not install the correct amount of underfloor heating. I had to instruct another contractor to correct the errors found as NRJ failed to respond to my numerous calls and messages.
