Got in touch with NR2 plumbing and heating via Checkatrade. Got a call from Jacob, I explained my problem (leaking tap) Jacob advised that it sounded like the tap replacing, he could bring one or I could buy one myself, I choose the latter. Jacob arrived on time, very friendly and informative. Job done in less than an hour. Reasonable charge. Great service, would totally recommend. Many thanks NR2.

Jacob is great. He came round next day and inspected what turned out to not be a leak at all. He was respectful of our old house, lifting floorboards in a neat and minimally invasive way to be able to inspect and resolve the issue. Affordable, and would definitely contact again.
